Bread knives (serrated)

I am often asked about bread knives or other knives that are serrated which need to be sharpened, my answer is yes I can recreate the serrations and make that knife run thru crusty bread rolls and leave very few crumbs.

I have also learnt how to modify a serrated knife to cut very large sponge cake visa ve like middle eastern sweet shops have and all my clients in this area of work have enjoyed the results of how I do this. You wonder is there a difference well yes there is most normal serrated bread knives actual slash a sponge cake base up where as once I do my work they have better control over the knife and with this control they end up with a better product to display and sell.
